Information and Terms of Participation

1. Subject of the Contest. The company named "ALPHA EMPORIKA PARKA S.A." based in Thessaloniki (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") announces a contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") entitled "#FlamingoBloom" as part of the promotion of the "Flamingo Xanthi Shopping Center" brand, which will be held at the Shopping Center, the organization and operation of which has been undertaken on its behalf by the company named "RISTART" (hereinafter referred to as the "Advertising Agency") on behalf of the Organizer.
2. Right to Participate in the Contest. The contest is open to anyone who is a permanent and legal resident of Greece and is at least 18 years of age.
3. Exclusion of Contestants. The following individuals are excluded from the contest: employees of the Organizer, of the stores participating in the contest, and of the Advertising Agency. Disqualification may occur at any stage of the promotion, even during the delivery of the Gifts.
4. Duration of the Contest. Until April 30.
5. How to participate in the competition. With purchases over €20 from all Flamingo Retail Park stores, you will receive a special coupon, which you must fill out and place in the box located inside the shopping mall to enter the draw. Keep your receipts so that you can present them along with the coupon if you win the contest. The coupon is unique and entitles you to one entry in the draw for purchases over €20.
6. Prize: Three lucky winners will receive one iPhone and one Apple Watch each. The prize is personal and the winners of the competition are not entitled to exchange it for cash or other items.
7. How Winners Are Selected: Winners will be selected by lottery.
8. Notification of prize award. After the end of the competition and confirmation of the details, the names of the winners will be posted on Flamingo Retail Park's social media, where they will remain for twenty-four (24) hours.

11. Notification of Prize Award. Refusal to Accept Prizes. Non-acceptance is defined as the winners not showing up, even though they've been notified about their prize, within a reasonable time frame set by these terms.
12. Liability. The Organizer shall not be liable in the event that, for any technical reason, it is impossible to receive and register participation in the contest. In any case, the Organizer's liability shall be limited to acts or omissions due to fraud or gross negligence and shall in no case extend to fortuitous events or events of force majeure. The Organizer assumes no obligation to provide facilities to any interested party.
13. Publicity. The terms and conditions of participation in the campaign are posted on the website www.flamingoretailpark.gr
14. By submitting their entry to this competition, participants automatically agree and accept that any intellectual property rights arising from the response/comment posted by each participant and any tags/ mentions to other persons they post are transferred unconditionally, irrevocably, and without limitation to the Organizer, who acquires every right to use, process, reproduce, modify, and publish them in any type of printed material, websites, and any advertising medium available for the advertising and promotion of the contest, without the prior consent of the participants being required, as their participation in the contest is considered as such, and without any obligation to pay remuneration or any other obligation towards them.
15. The Organizer and "RISTART" bear no responsibility, directly or indirectly, to third parties for content that should not be contrary to the law and morality, and in particular for any infringement of intellectual property rights and any kind of third party rights in relation to or arising from the content. By submitting their entry, participants declare that their personal details are accurate and true, that they are adults over the age of 18, that their personality is not offended by their participation in the Competition, that they do not infringe any intellectual property rights, related rights, personal data, or the personality rights of any third party, that they have all the necessary permissions and rights for the content for which they bear full and exclusive responsibility.
16. Privacy Statement
17. The Organizer, acting as the data controller, as well as third parties who process this personal data on its behalf and for its account, such as "RISTART," collect personal data (i.e., information from which an individual can be directly or indirectly identified) directly from contest participants for the purposes of the competition and the advertising of the Competition and its products in the media, reserve the right to announce the names of the winners on websites and through the media. By participating, the winners unreservedly consent to the above without payment of any fee or compensation and expressly declare that the above does not infringe on any aspect of their personality.
18. Personal data may be processed using automated and/or non-automated methods. By participating in the contest and thereby agreeing to its terms and conditions, including this statement, data subjects give their unconditional consent to the processing of their data. If participants disclose personal data of third parties to the Organizer or allow it to collect such data, they acknowledge that they are obliged to obtain and expressly declare that they have obtained the consent of those persons, have informed them of the content of the terms of the competition and this Declaration, are authorized to disclose this data to the Organizer, and allow it to be used in accordance with the provisions herein.
19. They undertake to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and any third party acting on its behalf for any damage or moral harm suffered as a result of a breach of the above obligation.
20. The data that the Organizer may collect in the context of the contest and process in printed and/or electronic form includes: full name, e-mail, postal address, and telephone number (for sending gifts to winners), ID number (for verification purposes).
21. Recipients of personal data may be third-party companies/service providers (marketing companies, IT companies) established within and/or outside the EEA, acting as processors on behalf of the Organizer, including "RISTART," which assists the Organizer in conducting the Contest.
22. The Organizer will retain the data of participants (or third parties as defined above) for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained, as described in this Statement. The criteria used to determine the retention period include: i) the duration of the relationship between the Organizer and the participants, ii) whether there is a legal obligation with which the Organizer must comply iii) whether the retention of data is required in accordance with the Organizer's legal position (e.g., litigation).
23. As subjects of their personal data, participants have the right to request access to their data, correction, updating, or deletion thereof, the right to restrict or object to the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority. The Organizer will respond to their request in accordance with applicable law. 24. Withdrawal of Announcement – Amendment of Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the announcement of the Contest or amend these terms (including the duration of the Contest and the date of the draws), by posting a notice on the Website, with the effective date of the withdrawal/amendment being the date of the relevant notice.

26. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by and supplemented by Greek law. Any dispute relating to the action that may arise in the future shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.
27. Acceptance of terms. By participating in the Contest, it is understood that each participant has read, understands, and fully accepts the terms and conditions of participation. Participation in the event requires unconditional acceptance of all the terms and conditions set out herein and implies the consequent waiver of any related claim or demand against the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to ask each winner to sign a statement of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contest and acceptance of the prize before receiving the prize, providing the Organizer with the requested proof of identity documents.
